Club and Bar Advertising, LLC’s purchase and return policy is to help better ensure you of our fair business and loyalty to our Whosout.com, Rapidtickets.net and Nitelifesites.com clients.

PAYMENT METHODS
Club and Bar Advertising, LLC accepts several methods of payment including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Club and Bar Advertising, LLC does not control pricing or availability of tickets.  Club and Bar Advertising, LLC is selling the tickets on behalf of promoters or venders..

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.  You will automatically be notified if this occurs if you provide us with valid email address and phone number.  If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached to the address below. Prior to all refunds, establishment must verify circumstances. 

We will not provide a refund if:

1. You (or any guests) do not bring a valid ID to the nightspot.
2. You (or any guests) do not show on the day of the event or after the specified time. 
3. You (or any guests) do not follow the dress code policy of the nightspot.  It is your responsibility to contact the nightspot for the dress code policy.
4. You (or any guests) do not meet the minimum age requirement for entry. 
5. You (or any guests) are asked to leave for any reasons after entry. 

FOR VENUE OWNERS

All sales for listings are final unless venue was listed incorrectly by the fault of Club and Bar Advertising, LLC.  This does not include Venue profile listing errors created by venue owner’s when creating or updating venue profiles.  If Venue owners choose to upgrade listing package, a full prorated refund shall be granted.
